My name is Orestis Athanassiadis.

Aviation has been a major part of my life for many years. As a qualified commercial pilot, I have completed professional flight training and participated in numerous airline recruitment processes across Europe.

Throughout this journey, I gained valuable insights into how airline assessments are structured, what recruiters look for, and where many candidates struggle despite having strong technical qualifications.

Alongside my aviation background, I have spent several years working in leadership and project management roles, supporting teams, making decisions under pressure, and guiding people toward their goals.

AIM combines these experiences to provide realistic and structured preparation for aspiring pilots.

I understand firsthand how demanding airline assessments can be. The uncertainty, pressure, and competition are often underestimated. AIM was created to help candidates prepare more effectively and approach these challenges with confidence.

My Approach

Realistic. Honest. Individual.

Having experienced airline assessments myself, I understand the pressure candidates face before an interview, simulator screening, or assessment center.

AIM was created to help aspiring pilots prepare realistically, avoid common mistakes, and develop the confidence needed to perform at their best.

Having the required qualifications is only part of the challenge; preparation, confidence, and understanding the selection process are often what make the difference.
