§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by AIM – Assessment & Interview Mentoring, operated by Orestis Athanassiadis.


§2 Services

AIM provides mentoring and coaching services designed to help candidates prepare for airline assessments.

Services may include:


  • Interview Mentoring

  • Assessment Preparation

  • CV Review

  • Cover Letter Review

  • Assessment Simulations

  • Individual Coaching Sessions


AIM is not a flight school, airline, or official training or recruitment partner of any airline.


§3 Free Consultation

A free consultation of up to 15 minutes may be offered before booking.

This consultation is intended solely for orientation purposes and does not constitute a paid service.


§4 Booking and Agreement

An agreement is considered concluded once an appointment has been arranged and confirmed by AIM.


§5 Pricing and Payment

The prices published on the website at the time of booking apply.

Payment is generally required before the booked service is delivered.

Appointments are considered confirmed only after payment has been received.


§6 Rescheduling and Cancellation

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

In cases of illness or other important circumstances, an alternative appointment may be arranged where possible.

AIM reserves the right to reschedule appointments for important reasons. In such cases, a mutually suitable alternative appointment will be arranged.


§7 No Guarantee of Success

AIM supports candidates in preparing for airline assessments and selection procedures.

No specific outcome, successful assessment result, or employment with an airline can be guaranteed.

Responsibility for participation and performance in any selection process remains solely with the candidate.


§8 Online Delivery

Services are generally provided online via video call.

Participants are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and the necessary technical equipment.


§9 Confidentiality

All information exchanged during the coaching process will be treated confidentially.

This includes application documents, personal information, and coaching discussions.


§10 Liability

AIM shall only be liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

AIM accepts no liability for decisions made by airlines, flight schools, training providers, or assessment organizations.


§11 Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
